He is particularly well versed in energy and environmental regulations affecting the oil and gas, chemical, and data center industries.   • Secured a Presidential Exemption under the Clean Air Act ("CAA") for a life sciences company's use of ethylene oxide in medical equipment sterilization.
  • Obtained compliance flexibility for a client under EPA's Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act interim decision for ethylene oxide.
  • Advises private equity portfolio data centers on CAA strategy and compliance, including New Source Review and Title V permitting.
