Living means many things: student accommodation, traditional residential, BTR or micro-living, senior or assisted living schemes, to name just a few of the sub-asset classes that comprise Living. They all have in common that they are “operational real estate assets”, but that is about the only common feature. Risk profile, legal features and operational models differ significantly between the various sub-asset classes. Nevertheless, despite the considerable differences, developers, asset managers and investors increasingly try to create synergies between some of these sub-asset classes and start investing also in other sub-asset classes. This way, Living is becoming a true distinct asset class.

DLA Piper is pleased to invite you to the 4th event of our series named Real Estate in Evolution which focuses on the challenges and opportunities of investing in the Living segment. Like in the past we have invited leaders from international asset managers and investors with experience in the various sub-asset classes, from BTR to student accommodation, from senior (assisted) living to micro-living, our panelists will cover the full range of the Living cycle.

Please join us for a 90 minutes conference followed by an opportunity for networking with food and wine.
