Prior Experience

Before joining DLA Piper, Evelina worked within the legal department of an IT consulting, outsourcing and integration services provider, as well as in law firms specialized in IT law (in counsel and litigation).

Evelina has worked on the conception, analysis and negotiation of contracts (licence, maintenance, hosting and services agreements) and has acted as counsel strategic commercial transactions (notably cloud). She has also assisted clients of the firm in the determination of their contractual policies regarding the purchase of IT services and the drafting of their template purchase agreements.
