DLA Piper advises Custom Health in its business combination with Berenson Acquisition Corp

DLA Piper advised Custom Health Inc, a digital healthcare firm, in its business combination with Berenson Acquisition Corp. I (BACA), a special purpose acquisition corporation. The business combination is expected to result in Custom Health becoming a publicly listed company.

Custom Health provides a comprehensive technology-enabled medication management and managed care solution, resulting in 98% medication adherence for its patients across the US and Canada. The company is focused on serving poly-med patients with chronic conditions, representing an estimated market of 68 million in the US.
