DLA Piper advises Resurgens Technology Partners in its sale of Verity to TMX Group

DLA Piper advised Resurgens Technology Partners, a software-focused private equity firm, in its sale of portfolio company Verity to TMX Group.

Verity provides research management software along with enhanced data and analytics to more than 300 institutional investors worldwide. The sale will expand TMX Group’s data and analytics capabilities and accelerate its global growth strategy in the financial technology sector.
