Luis is Counsel in the Corporate, M&A and Private Equity practice of DLA Piper Spain.

Luis has more than 15 years of professional experience and specializes in M&A, Private Equity, as well as corporate restructuring, litigation funds and sports law. He has advised national and international clients both on a recurring basis and on transactions related to M&A, Private Equity, Restructuring and Sports law, as well as Corporate Law and general commercial contracts. Luis is also the author of several academic articles and publications and has participated in and given numerous courses, presentations and seminars.
