  • Advising Banco Santander on all employment law aspects in connection with the acquisition of specialised technology assets of the European merchant payment services and processing business of Wirecard group.
  • Advising Cerberus on all employment-law aspects relating to the takeover of HSH Nordbank by independent investors.
  • Advising Société Générale on the acquisition of the Equity Markets & Commodities (EMC) division from Commerzbank and on the integration of former Commerzbank employees.
  • Advising Scout24 on the carve-out of the AutoScout24 business and on the conversion into an Societas Europaea (SE).
