DLA Piper advises Rare Earths Americas on US$69 million upsized initial public offering

DLA Piper advised critical minerals company Rare Earths Americas, Inc. (REA) on its US$69 million upsized initial public offering. REA is a Texas-based critical minerals corporation advancing a portfolio of prospective heavy rare earths projects in the United States and Brazil.
