About

Cecilia Guzmán-Barrón brings over 20 years of experience in guiding domestic and international companies through the complexities of labor law, immigration, and human resources. Focusing on developing strategic workforce planning, she empowers organizations in hiring, organizational restructuring, change management, and managing complex terminations.

Cecilia regularly helps clients adapt corporate policies to fit local legal frameworks. She evaluates labor intermediation and outsourcing models, reviews compensation structures, and addresses occupational health and safety issues, including the management of employees with disabilities. In addition to providing specialized training, Cecilia offers executive coaching on navigating critical employee conversations. She advises on cross-border employment matters, including recruiting foreign personnel, global mobility, international remote work, and immigration processes.
