Dr Mathias Schulze Steinen is one of the most experienced and renowned German transaction lawyers in Corporate/M&A. For more than 25 years, he has been advising strategic and financial investors on domestic and cross-border transactions.   • Advising numerous companies on the acquisition and ensuring the continued production of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) on the global market.
  • Advising Wipro Limited, a global leader in information technology, consulting and business process management, i.a. on all non-U.S. and non-India aspects of its USD1.45 billion acquisition of Capco, and the acquisition of the Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS) Business Unit from HARMAN.
  • Advising Finnish telecommunications and digital services group Elisa on cross-border acquisitions in Germany.
  • Advising Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, a company specializing in the digitalization of commercial communication processes, on the complete acquisition of all shares in the operating companies of Azolver Holding GmbH.
  • Advising Brazilian CBC Global Ammunition on the sale of its Czech subsidiary for US $700 million and the acquisition of a minority stake in Colt CZ Group.
