DLA Piper and Jonathan Foster, author of On Board: The Modern Playbook for Corporate Governance, invite you to an afternoon on the history, best practices and evolving role of corporate governance in value creation. This event marks the launch of a new DLA Piper speaker series supported by Corporate Board Member.

Jonathan will share practical insights and stories drawn from decades of experience serving on more than 50 corporate boards. He will examine how effective governance can enhance business and capital strategy, risk management, M&A, crisis response, and long-term shareholder value creation, particularly in today’s environment of heightened scrutiny, activism, and rapid change.

Session 1 of this series will explore:

  • The evolving role of boards and board leadership
