DLA Piper advises Amynta in acquisition of ClearView Risk Holdings

DLA Piper represented the Amynta Group, a group of warranty, managing general agent and specialty risk companies and portfolio company of Madison Dearborn Partners, in its acquisition of ClearView Risk Holdings, LLC.

ClearView provides complex excess and surplus lines insurance solutions to its large network of independent agents. Headquartered in Dallas, ClearView is the parent company of Strata Underwriting Managers, a nationally recognized habitational program designed exclusively for the underwriting and management of multi-dwelling properties, and Southwest Risk, LP, a full-service specialty transactional wholesale brokerage platform with expertise in difficult to place commercial coverage in both the excess and surplus and specialty admitted marketplace.
