DLA Piper advises TRATON on EUR12 billion EMTN Programme
DLA Piper has advised TRATON SE on the second update of its EUR12 billion Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme. The programme will allow TRATON SE, TRATON Finance Luxembourg S.A. and TRATON Treasury AB to issue and/or guarantee the debt securities.
The update to the base prospectus was approved by the Luxembourg Supervision Commission of the Financial Sector on 3 May 2023. The notes under the EMTN Programme will now be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
Following the update, DLA Piper also advised TRATON Finance Luxembourg S.A. on the first drawdown under the updated programme amounting to EUR1 billion divided into two fixed-rate series of notes.
