DLA Piper advised ABS Capital in leading a US$20 million Series C fundraising round for Cariloop, a leading comprehensive caregiver support platform. Other participating investors included Noro-Moseley Partners, KCRise Fund, Revolution’s Rise of the Rest Seed Fund, and Patterson Thoma Family Office.

Cariloop is an inclusive benefit solution that helps employees in the US and Canada address and work through the complexities of caregiving. Their platform offers personalized guidance from Care Coaches, premier digital tools and access to an integrated care provider support network and community.

The Series C investment will support Cariloop in expanding market reach with employers and caregivers as well as a number of key investments in its digital and concierge-level offerings.
