Laura has acted for both lenders and borrowers on a number of large scale investment and development financings relating to assets including residential property, purpose built student accommodation, hotels and data centres.

  • Acting for a major European bank in respect of residential investment and development financings to local and overseas borrowers and high net worth individuals.
