Amin Bouazza

Senior Associate
About

Amin Bouazza is a Senior Associate in the litigation and dispute resolution practice, focusing on complex cross-border commercial disputes, with a strong emphasis on investment fund and corporate governance related litigation. His experience also covers directors’ liability, debt recovery and shareholder conflicts. He advises both domestic and international clients, including financial institutions, private equity sponsors and multinational groups, in high-stakes proceedings before the Luxembourg courts, often involving parallel foreign elements and broader strategic considerations.

Amin’s practice sits at the intersection of contentious and transactional matters. Having previously advised on M&A, private equity transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, he is frequently involved in disputes arising out of investment structures, fund operations and corporate governance situations, where legal, structural and commercial issues are closely linked.

He recently completed a secondment in DLA Piper’s Dubai office, where he worked on international arbitration matters and gained significant exposure to disputes involving Gulf-based investors and offshore financial centres, including the DIFC and ADGM.
