Fernando Lanfranco possesses extensive expertise in corporate, civil, and financial law. He has substantial experience in designing, structuring, negotiating, and implementing mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate reorganizations, and equity restructuring. Additionally, he is skilled in establishing investment funds, securing financing, and negotiating various contracts related to asset management and business viability. His comprehensive perspective combines knowledge of tax, accounting, and finance.

Moreover, he has developed a specialized practice focused on advising family businesses and high-net-worth individuals. This includes implementing effective corporate governance practices, strategic planning, and reallocating assets through commercial reorganizations, trusts, wills, and other relevant legal measures. He is also recognized as an expert in franchise agreements.
