Dr Samir Buhl advises national and international companies on all aspects of German employment law, with a particular focus on strategic Employment Litigation and dispute resolution.

EXPERIENCE

  • Successful representation of several national and international companies in court proceedings, in particular with regard to dismissal protection lawsuits (complex proceedings), disputes with managing directors, claims for payment of variable remuneration and claims under works constitution laws (including successful contests of works council elections).
  • Conducting internal investigations and supporting the subsequent litigation (often in conjunction with other practice groups).
  • Successful defense of an unjustified million-dollar lawsuit filed by a trade union on the basis of a social collective bargaining agreement.
