DLA Piper represents Salute Mission Critical in its acquisition of Iconicx Critical Solutions

DLA Piper represented Salute Mission Critical, a global data center services provider, in its acquisition of Iconicx Critical Solutions, a provider of commissioning, testing and consulting services for data centers and mission critical environments.

Iconicx is a US-based leading commissioning and QA/QC provider whose clientele focuses on hyperscale and colocation data centers. Through this transaction, Salute will expand its capabilities in commissioning and quality assurance/quality control, which are critical services at deployment as well as when retrofitting existing environments. By joining Salute, Iconicx will be able to continue to scale its teams and operations.
