DLA Piper expands employment counsel for high-growth companies with addition of Partner Josh Elefant

DLA Piper has added Partner Josh Elefant to its Corporate group, further enhancing its labor and employment capabilities for high-growth technology and life sciences companies across corporate and private equity matters.

Elefant guides clients across multiple industries on a broad range of employment matters including hiring, separations, policies, investigations, whistleblower complaints, and wage and hour compliance.

His practice is closely integrated with corporate transactions, where his experience includes pre-acquisition due diligence, preparation and negotiation of transaction agreements, and preparation of employment agreements and other ancillary documents, such as non-competes and retention agreements. He has also represented clients in single-plaintiff and class action matters and is experienced in all phases of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, trial, and arbitration.
