• Advising the lenders on the EUR 500+ million refinancing of Poland’s largest single real estate asset, working closely with multiple domestic and international lenders to structure and implement the transaction.
• Advising a leading bank on the EUR 120 million financing of a real estate group, involving a complex, multi-entity structure. The work included drafting and negotiating security documentation and advising on conditions precedent.
• Supporting the borrower in the corporate financing of a logistics facility, including legal assistance related to the change of project investor and restructuring of the financing framework.
• Advising the Ayvens Group in an M&A transaction involving the integration of LeasePlan and ALD Automotive in Poland, as part of a global post-acquisition integration strategy, with a focus on corporate and regulatory issues.*
