About

Luca has significant experience in advising on industrial and financial transfer pricing matters, value chain transformation, permanent establishment, transfer pricing disputes and APA and MAP procedures.

He works for multinational groups operating in a wide range of industries (e.g. luxury, food & beverage, automotive, pharmaceutical, chemical, gaming, IT & technology, etc.), as well as in the real estate, insurance and banking sectors for:

  • preparation of transfer pricing documentation,
  • preparation of industrial and financial benchmark analyses,
  • preparation and validation of transfer pricing policies,
  • assistance in tax audits and settlement procedures, as well as preparation of defence documentation in pre-litigation and litigation phases,
  • assistance in MAP and APA procedures, as well as Patent Boxes,
  • preparation of opinions on issues of profit attribution to permanent establishments, as well as transactions involving intangible assets and corporate restructuring with a view to optimizing transfer pricing policies,
  • strategic reorganization projects following the implementation of the BEPS project, as well as Pillar 1 and Pillar 2 pareristics.

Luca is a Certified Public Accountant and Legal Statutory Auditor.

Before joining DLA Piper in 2023, Luca worked with leading international law firms.
