Tracey has extensive experience of advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other advisory and corporate matters across a range of industries and around the globe.
She has a deep understanding of the energy and resources sector and the transition to the production of energy using green technologies and her expertise in mergers and acquisitions extends to advising on consortium arrangements, technology and transactions involving private equity and other financial investors.
Tracey has over 25 years' experience of advising on cross border mergers and acquisitions and significant development projects and prior to joining DLA Piper in May 2019 spent eight years as a partner at a leading international law firm where she was co-head of its Global Oil and Gas Group. She was recently recommended by Legal 500 for particularly complex transactions in the oil and gas sector.
