She has rich experience in advising multinational organizations on market entry, licensing, cybersecurity, data protection and other regulatory matters. She also advises on technology and commercial contracts.

Amanda has assisted many clients in launching and operating various e-commerce, cloud-computing, internet of things and artificial intelligence projects in China. She has also acted as the leading counsel in large-scale data compliance projects and has been continuously supporting clients in designing compliance tools and remediation measures under the Chinese cybersecurity and data protection laws.

  • Assisting clients in handling various general commercial matters and supporting relevant negotiations.
