Lilian Gutkin advises national and international clients on all aspects of real estate law, with a focus on complex transactions, project developments and financings. She has particular expertise in logistics real estate as well as in infrastructure projects in the renewable energy sector. In addition, she advises on commercial tenancy law, including land rights and site control for renewable energy projects, as well as on public construction law.

EXPERIENCE

  • Advising Catella Real Estate AG, Conren Land Management GmbH, Kingstone Investment Management GmbH, LIP INVEST GmbH, PATRIZIA and Savills IM on the acquisition and disposal of more than 40 properties, including mixed use assets and properties at all development stages, as well as forward purchase and forward funding structures.
  • Advising GLP on the development of ten logistics properties in Germany. This includes land acquisition, planning and construction.
  • Advising Cabot Properties on the acquisition of ten logistics assets.
  • Supporting investors and project developers in transactions in the renewable energy sector, in particular involving portfolios of solar PV, battery storage and EV charging infrastructure projects.
  • Advising LBBW on the syndicated financing of two onshore wind projects.
  • Advising Solas Capital on the financing of EV charging infrastructure together with Greenman Energy.
  • Advising Prime Capital on the acquisition of Germany’s largest combined BESS and solar PV project and on a strategic joint venture for a hyperscale data centre.
  • Advising Collineo Asset Management GmbH on several mezzanine financings for project developments.
