DLA Piper advises the Renault Group in connection with its divestment program in Central, Eastern and Northern Europe

DLA Piper has advised the Renault Group on the sale of several subsidiaries specialized in the import and distribution of Renault, Dacia, Nissan and/or Alpine vehicles.

The Swedish subsidiary and its Danish branch were sold to the joint venture formed by the Caetano and Hedin groups, the Hungarian subsidiary was sold to the joint venture formed by the Caetano and Wallis groups, the Croatian and Slovenian subsidiaries were sold to the Taavura group and, finally, the Serbian and Bulgarian subsidiaries were sold to the Emil Frey group.
