DLA Piper advises SLR Consulting on acquisition of RPMGlobal's mining advisory consulting division
Global law firm DLA Piper has advised SLR Consulting, a leading sustainability solutions consultancy, on the acquisition of the mining advisory consulting division of RPMGlobal, a global developer and provider of mining software solutions and advisory services. The transaction is valued at approximately USD63 million and consolidates SLR's position as one of the leading mining advisory groups globally and bolsters its ability to support its client base on the delivery of their sustainability targets.
SLR is an international sustainability consultancy, with a global team that consists of over 5,000 consultants in more than 45 disciplines. SLR delivers client solutions across six continents, through offices located in 30 countries.
RPM Global Holdings Limited is headquartered in Australia and has operations across the globe including in Brazil, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Mongolia, Turkey, and the US.
A cross-border multi-practice team from DLA Piper's offices in Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, and the US worked on the transaction led by Brisbane-based Corporate partner Lyndon Masters, who was supported by senior associates Elizabeth Campbell and Rohan Shukla, and solicitors Sara de Haan and Amelia Coleman.
