Joaquín is a partner in the Litigation and Regulatory practice, where he leads the firm’s Technology sector, the EU & Competition and Sustainability & ESG practices in Spain.

With a deep understanding of tech and regulatory landscapes, Joaquín advises on economic regulation, including antitrust and consumer protection, corporate acquisitions, foreign investments, divestment procedures and strategic agreements between companies.

He also leads internal investigations, particularly in regulatory, compliance and corporate governance contexts.
