DLA Piper advises Salesloft in its majority financing by Vista Equity Partners valued at US$2.3 billion

DLA Piper represented Salesloft, an Atlanta-based sales engagement software company, in the financing and acquisition of a majority stake in the company by Vista Equity Partners, valuing Salesloft at US$2.3 billion.

Salesloft’s sales engagement platform helps industry-leading companies generate more revenue and deliver better experiences to their customers. DLA Piper has advised Salesloft as company counsel since its earliest days of development, including negotiating and managing its US$100 million Series E round in 2021 and its US$70 million Series D round in 2019.
