Graham's practice focuses on corporate and securities law with an emphasis on complex corporate and commercial transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity buyouts and public and private corporate finance. He works with clients across a broad range of industries, including oil and gas, financial services, renewable energy, mining, communications, technology and logistics.

Graham also regularly advises boards, special committees and management on corporate governance, securities compliance and disclosure matters.
