DLA Piper continues expansion in Europe with partner hire in Poland

DLA Piper today announces the appointment of Łukasz Dynysiuk as a new partner in its Tax practice, based in Warsaw.

Łukasz Dynysiuk has over 14 years’ experience in commercial and tax law. He has provided assistance to Polish and foreign companies on tax planning, developing effective tax structures, restructuring, as well as tax aspects of M&A. He has extensive experience in providing advisory services for the financial sector, as well as advising on tax matters related to locating foreign investments in Poland and the CEE region. Prior to joining the firm, Łukasz was a partner at CMS in Warsaw. He is joining the firm alongside senior associate Małgorzata Krok, who has extensive experience in tax litigation. She has worked for a number of law firms, most recently at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak, and one of the Big Four accounting firms.
